HIGHT Jr. An entrepreneur from United States of America (U.S) who is the founder and the Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O) of a company known as "THE HIGHT EFFECT'' based in U.S. The company is engaged on providing Consultancy and Strategics management for Entrepreneurs. To me it was a privilege to interview Terrence W.H Jr because he is one of the few young men's who is inspired and motivated to bring changes and personal development to entrepreneurs in U.S and all over the world.

#Respicius Francis : Please give us your history in short.
Terrence W Hight Jr.:The concept of The Hight Effect came about in 2014, while in a meeting with my, now, attorney. Since my late teens I had helped a large number of people build businesses and I’ve been very passionate about the building and strategy process. I wanted to continue doing that but I was contemplating between two business ideas. I ultimately decided to put The Hight Effect on hold and pursue my healthcare idea. Three years later, I launched The Hight Effect and things have taken off quite fast!

#Respicius Francis :Give us the background of the Hight Effect.

#Respicius Francis: Do you believe your company can bring solutions on the challenges facing entrepreneurs in U.S?
Terrence W Hight Jr.:Yes. Businesses fail, particularly startups, for multiple reasons but the basis of those failures stem from businesses not having a solid foundation at their inception (Foundation as in, the business model and the business acumen skills of the founder(s)). We address this by helping people build businesses from scratch or reestablishing a solid foundation for existing businesses, while streamlining processes to decrease costs. Our ultimate goal is to increase the long-term success rate of the businesses we work with.

Respicius Francis : Are you getting positive response from your clients after consulting them? Terrence W Hight Jr.:Yes, all of our clients have continued to work with us over time. A majority of them purchase multiple services. The way our business model is set up, we build long term partnerships with the businesses we work with. For the most promising clients, we become equity partners in and help secure financial capital. We also post some of our client testimonials on our website!
Image may contain: Terrence W Hight Jr., text

Respicius Francis So far how many entrepreneurs have you reached and service them? Terrence W Hight Jr.:Since I began working with startups and entrepreneurs in 2009, over 50 documented. Respicius Francis Can you please mention at least five (5) chronic challenges the entrepreneurs in U.S face?
Terrence W Hight Jr.:How to effectively increase cash flow Lack of financial capital Uncertainty of how to obtain capital Uncertainty of how to reach their target market Adapting to the extremely competitive U.S. market

Respicius Francis : For your views, does the U.S government give direct support to the small entrepreneurs who want to begin business(es)?
Terrence W Hight Jr.:Yes, we have relationships with government-funded organizations that provide capital and business resources to entrepreneurs and small businesses for free. Additionally, the Small Business Administration (SBA) has an ABUNDANCE of helpful and free resources for entrepreneurs.

#Respicius Francis :So far what have you achieved with your company? Can you mention please. Terrence W Hight Jr.:WE have…Helped launch 5 businesses from ideation to being fully operational. Helped 3 businesses obtain investments. Grown the team from 1 to 6 core members in less than a year (this does not include the affiliates who operate under The Hight Effect). Helped 1 client secure a major supplier deal. Our first magazine feature (VoyageATL Magazine, January 2018)

#Respicius Francis: What are the challenges you are facing?
Terrence W Hight Jr.:We’re continuing to refine our business model, which is a strategic challenge. Additionally, with growth comes adjustments and new processes that have to be implemented. We’re currently going through an “automation” phase and ramping up the use of technologies that increase our organization and efficiency.

#Respicius Francis. How does your clients respond towards your company?
Terrence W Hight Jr.:They are very gracious and seemingly happy! I personally build real relationships with all of my owners and show them that our team is in it for the long haul. That makes the client relationship stronger.

#Respicius Francis:Up to now, how many workers are in your company?
 Terrence W Hight Jr.:6

#Respicius Francis : Is it easier for an entrepreneur in U.S to get loans?
Terrence W Hight Jr.:It depends. Most entrepreneurs are unable to get loans from a traditional bank because of the increased regulations and requirements (especially start-ups). Fortunately, by going through a private lender there is less “red tape” and it’s a bit easier to get a loan; but I caution business owners to ensure they understand the terms of the loans through private lenders; because the rates are often times higher.

#Respicius Francis: What do you normally advice those entrepreneurs who don't have capital but they want to start business(es).
Terrence W Hight Jr.:BOOTSTRAP! Meaning, use your personal finances, operating revenue and creative means to get capital. Often times, entrepreneurs think they need money but they just need business resources and help with their business model to ensure it is generating the kind of revenue it should. I believe that if people are willing to cut back on their personal finances and operate their business properly, funding will not be an issue.

#Respicius Francis :. What kind of entrepreneurs are targeted by your company?
Terrence W Hight Jr.:2 Types: Working adults who have side-businesses that they are ready to turn in to full-time ventures and existing small businesses that are needing operations and business strategy help.

#Respicius Francis : Are you ready to work and team-up with www.tanzaniaclassic.com ?? Terrence W Hight Jr.: Sure!

#Respicius Francis :.May you tell us your experience, what are the best ways that youths can do in order to become successful in entrepreneurship?
Terrence W Hight Jr.:They can start today! You’re NEVER too young to become an entrepreneur. I was 8 when I started my first business (a detective company) and I made money by finding things people lost. From there I worked as a handyman with my grandfather, started a lawncare business, I was a barber, paid musician and the list goes on; all of this before I turned18. Entrepreneurship has been the backbone of my life and has led to tremendous opportunities, both in the corporate and startup environment. START NOW!

#Respicius Francis :.What (you think) is the uniqueness of your company as compared to other companies doing similar??
Terrence W Hight Jr.:Our approach. The foundation of what we do is based on Education & Enterprise because we truly believe in teaching entrepreneurship and business acumen skills. In turn, this has made our team an invaluable part of the growth of the businesses we work with. Regardless of what happens with the client relationship, the entrepreneurs we work with are confident in the fact that they gained business skills necessary to run their businesses effectively.

#Respicius Francis :.Give us your opinions about the leadership of TRUMP??
Terrence W Hight Jr.:I can’t speak on it
because I haven’t taken the examined it.

#Respicius Francis :Do you know anything about the country of Tanzania?
Terrence W Hight Jr.:I know that Mt. Kilimanjaro is there and I was always fascinated with it as a child!

#Respicius Francis :,Do you think racial segregation in US to blacks is over?
Terrence W Hight Jr.:As it pertains to the legal definition, yes but there is still work to be done. Fortunately, The Hight Effect is headquartered in a city that has been the pillar for black success—Atlanta, Georgia!

#Respicius Francis.Which country would you like to visit in AFRICA if it happens you Terrence W Hight Jr.:come in Africa.?? Ghana and Tanzania! Best,

Author :  Respicius Francis

mr:Samuel Phillips Jr.
Again, as the CEO of www.tanzaniaclassic.com had another privilege to interview  Samuel Phillips Jr.
who is  involving  in  Graphic Design, Photography, and Cinematography business and a clothing line called Peculiar Lifestyle.
Samuel Phillips Jr. is carrying out different issues including business as a matter of generating income but also to motivate and inspire young people and entrepreneurs at large. He is one of the few young entrepreneurs dared and took risk to make sure his dreams comes true through self employment (entrepreneurship).
Image may contain: 1 person, sitting and outdoor

And here are the following questions I asked him.

 Respicius Francis:Tell us about yourself
#Samuel Phillips Jr.: My name is Samuel Phillips Jr., a native of a small town called Carthage, NC. I am happily married to my wife Lenisha Phillips and father to 3 beautiful daughters. Growing up I have always had an interest in basketball and business. Since I am not in the NBA, you can see the path I chose is clear. I have had a love for art and creating things since I was tiny. My father was a painting major and great athlete in track and field, so it did not surprise many people that I would somewhat follow in his footsteps by studying Graphic Design at Chow an University and playing basketball most of my life. Later in my life, I picked up being a DJ, Sound Technician, Videographer, and many other hats I have worn throughout the years. Though most people would say the best superlative I have would be my cooking.

Respicius Francis:Which business are you dealing with in U.S.A??
#Samuel Phillips Jr.:I have a Graphic Design, Photography, and Cinematography business and a clothing line called Peculiar Lifestyle.
Respicius Francis: May you tell us, when did you start business??
#Samuel Phillips Jr.:I have been doing Graphic Design as a freelancer for about 10, but only since October have I officially launched Eagle Design Studios. .
Respicius Francis:How much monetary Capital did you invest to start your business?
#Samuel Phillips Jr.:I was blessed with $6000 to begin.
Respicius Francis:What challenges did you face when starting your business in the very Beginning? #Samuel Phillips Jr.:Most challenges I faced was purchasing quality equipment with low capital. Many jobs I was not able to take on because I did not have the equipment to fulfill a request. We have faced the hardships of gaining exposure over already established Graphic Design firms.

Respicius Francis:How many people are employed in your company up to date?
#Samuel Phillips Jr.:Currently, I do most of the work, so I do not have any employees as of yet, but I have been planning to expand in the next few months.

Respicius Francis: What success have you gained after starting your company?
#Samuel Phillips Jr.:The most success I have gained is networking and working with groups like the Democratic Party, various churches, and nonprofits.

Respicius Francis: What (you think) is the uniqueness of your company as compared to
#Samuel Phillips Jr.:other companies doing similar/the same business? Our highest quality that is unique to us is our versatility. Most companies will give you graphic design or photography or cinematography and outsource the other while our company does it all at home and more. We pride ourselves in having a true all in one solution.

Respicius Francis: What are future expectations in your business?
#Samuel Phillips Jr.:We are looking to expand more into the cinematography and tv broadcasting market. So our expectations of what we can offer people not only locally, but nationally and one day internationally is very high.

Respicius Francis:How do you manage to survive (maintain the business) in such great competitions with other companies?
#Samuel Phillips Jr.:We offer excellent services and high quality at affordable prices. I know that sounds like a cliche commercial, but it is very accurate. We produce high quality like a lot of the bigger companies, but we are also more affordable than they are.

Respicius Francis:May you tell us your experience, what are the best ways that youths can do in order to become successful in entrepreneurship?
#Samuel Phillips Jr.:Levels of success are variant between different people. To see your business, finances, and staff grow, I believe in the 4Ps. Prayer, Perseverance, and Patience. I think you can not reach any amount of success and true potential without God first only He has the best plan, so I pray before I make any decisions. Starting a business you may not see the outcome you want at first, and things may look bad that you want to quit, but you must Persevere through the non-productive days. You must have patience. You hear success stories on how one person did this or that and one week, one month, or 3 months they were millionaires, but in reality, for the rest of the 95% of entrepreneurs things did not happen that fast. You have to have the patience to build and expand. Finally, you must Push past your comfort zone. You have to ask a question, network, and don’t be afraid to hear a No, that will only put you closer to a Yes.

Respicius Francis :.Why have you decided to do that business?
#Samuel Phillips Jr.:I have done Graphic Design as a hobby for nine years, so it was almost a no-brainier in which business I would start first.
Respicius Francis :.Which methods are using to advertise your business so that to get customers? #Samuel Phillips Jr.:We use Email marketing and Social Media mostly, but also some direct mail too.
Respicius Francis :.Is there good environment in U.S.A of doing business or entrepreneurship for youths?
#Samuel Phillips Jr.:Now is the best time to start your own business. You can begin business with next to nothing and based on your company have more grants and or business loans to help you launch. All it takes now is the courage to step out and start.
Respicius Francis :In U.S.A the issue of unemployment to youths is in which extent for??
#Samuel Phillips Jr.:The unemployment rate is currently still going down, so more youths are finding employment or starting businesses themselves.

Respicius Francis :Is it easy for the entrepreneur like you to get loan?
#Samuel Phillips Jr.:Yes, but only when you have a great team of people working with you and behind you. I have my mentor Todd Curry that has helped me be able to word and present things correctly.
Respicius Francis :Give us your opinions about the leadership of TRUMP??
#Samuel Phillips Jr.:I believe Trump is a good businessman and has perfect business sense, but honestly, as president, I do not think he is right for the position. I still respect him because he is still the President of the United States.

Respicius Francis :How is the situation of non native citizen to participate in activity in U.S.A ?is it Friendly?
#Samuel Phillips Jr.:The US has always been friendly. I believe to non-native citizens. Here lately I can see how the news headlines could scare non-native citizens under the current presidential administration, but that is far from the truth.

Respicius Francis :Do you know anything about the country of Tanzania?
#Samuel Phillips Jr.:I can not say I have extensive knowledge of Tanzania. The only thing I can re member learning about Tanzania in school was about Mount Kilimanjaro.

Respicius Francis.Do you think racial segregation in US to blacks is over?
#Samuel Phillips Jr.:I believe racial segregation is not as prominent. It has been pushed as a social norm in today's society to accept or push certain “stereotypes” of the black culture that does not create segregation, but more so different groups try to push racial hierarchy. A modern way of racial discrimination is saying everyone is accepted, but not on certain levels. I do believe though there will be a day soon where racist feelings against blacks will not be a social norm.

Respicius Francis :Is the U.S government giving you cooperation when you want to start your business ?
#Samuel Phillips Jr.:Starting a business in the US is equal opportunity. Depending on the industry determines the direct and or indirect nature of how much cooperation one gets from the government.

Respicius Francis.Which country would you like to visit in AFRICA if it happens you come in Africa.??
#Samuel Phillips Jr.:Here lately I have been wanted to go to Ghana and meet Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams. I also wanted to visit South Africa and Tanzania to get pictures of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Thank you again for the opportunity

Leo Encalade :Not much about Tanzania but I would love to visit.

#Respicius Francis : Do you think racial segregation in US to blacks is over?

And here are the following  following questions I asked him

Respicius Francis :.Tell us about yourself.
: JazzMond Robinson:I began playing trombone in elementary and continued through out high school. By the time I was 12, I begin learning the piano from my grandfather. I learned gospel in the beginning but soon found an interest in jazz. I began to listen to jazz pianist such as Oscar Peterson, Art Tatum, Hank Jones, and Fats Waller. During my senior year of high school, I decided I wanted to become a jazz pianist. While attending Texas Southern University I formed the jazz trio Distinguished Gentlemen which would later become the Robin Menuett Trio. I’ve performed with many artists such as gospel artists Latonya Earl, Shawn McLemore, Disney's Regina Belle. I had the honor of performing for Governor Rick Perry and 30,000 spectators during The National Day of Prayer in 2011 at the Reliant Stadium in Houston, TX. I’ve opened for many musicians such as Spyro Gyra & Lee Ritenour and was the pianist for the Late Joe Sample’s group The Krusaders 2.0.

Respicius Francis: When did your Band officially start operating?
JazzMond Robinson. :We began operating in 2013
Respicius Francis:. How many Albums has your Band released up to date?
JazzMond Robinson.:We’ve released 3 albums so far and are working on our 4th at the moment.
Respicius Francis Tell us what are the success of your Band up to date?
JazzMond Robinson. :We were nominated for Canada’s Edmonton Music Awards in Jell Robinso :2016 for Jazz Recording of the year. We have have won multiple Akademia Awards in Los Angeles, CA. We recently won special prize in the 2018 Bucharest Jazz Competition and Festival in Bucharest, Romania Europe.
Respicius Francis You think what is the uniqueness of your Band as compared to other Bands?
:JazzMond Robinson. :I think the uniqueness of our band is our sound. The musicians in band come from different backgrounds and can play multiple styles. Incorporating different styles of music into jazz brings a different sound than what most other jazz bands have. The band is also a family, so when we get together to play its more like a family reunion verses a show.
Respicius Francis:. Which peer group likes most the sort of your music?
Or
Which peer/social group is mostly attracted by your music?
JazzMond Robinson. :I would have to say all age groups. Although my style of jazz is more on the Oscar Peterson style, the overall sound of the band is a sound that everyone of all ages can relate to. I’ve had people in there 20’s enjoy it as well as people in there 70’s.
Respicius Francis: Tell us, what was the reason for your Band to become a winner in the competition with other Bands in Europe?
JazzMond Robinson.:I believe it was the sound and attitude. All of the bands were great and the musicians were phenomenal! Our sound was very different from everyone else and we had an attitude of encouragement. We cheered on all the bands and encouraged everyone no matter of skill level. I believe that was something the judges looked the most on how we interacted with the other bands.
Respicius Francis What personal/individual success have you gained through the Band?
:
JazzMond Robinson.:I’ve learned a lot being with the band. Self growth is a big one. I’ve become a better musician in my playing. I’ve learned how to handle situations on a higher level and I’ve become comfortable in being the musician that I am.
Respicius Francis: What thing did impress you to start the Band?
JazzMond Robinson. :The love for jazz! I’ve played in a lot of bands and everything was so structured in the music. I feel like jazz is a free language and should be expressed as that and that was one of the main reasons for starting the band.
Respicius Francis. Does your Band have a sponsor?
:JazzMond Robinson. At the moment we don’t have any sponsors.
Respicius Francis: What challenges do you face in operating your Band?
Jell Robinso :It’s not many challenges that we have as a band. We tend operate by using strategy in everything we do.
Respicius Francis :What means do you use to advertise your Band?
Jell Robinso ;We use social media as well as my personal website.
Respicius Francis:. Would you be ready to cooperate with www.tanzaniaclassic.com to advertise your songs and the Band in Africa?
JazzMond Robinson.:Definitely!! I’ve always wanted to do a show in Africa so advertising there would be great!

Respicius Francis :Tell us, how many music Shows have your Band managed to conduct outside the US?.
JazzMond Robinson.:We’ve done 5 shows outside of the U.S.
Respicius Francis How is the responsive acceptability (responsiveness) of your Band
to the Americans and in the US as general?
JazzMond Robinson. :It’s a little slow in the U.S. We seem to get more recognition outside of the states.
Respicius Francis :How many Shows does your Band conduct (per week) within a week?
JazzMond Robinson. : We do about 2 shows a week.

JazzMond Robinson. :To keep going higher and make new music.
Respicius Francis : How much monetary capital did you invest to START the Band?
JazzMond Robinson.:To start the band I would say about $200 but I’ve spent thousands in investing in the band.
Respicius Francis :Do you think racial segregation in US to blacks is over?
JazzMond Robinson. :Definitely not over! It even plays a crucial part in music. I’ve experienced much segregation in jazz here in the U.S. but I don’t let that stop me from writing music and playing jazz. As long as people listen, I will continue to play.
Respicius Francis :Give us your opinions about the leadership of President Donald Trump.??
:JazzMond Robinson.Leadership is horrible!! But I don’t focus on him or the people that back him. I focus on supporting my people, building my people, and taking care of us physically, financially, and spiritually.
Respicius Francis : Do you know Tanzania country ??
JazzMond Robinson.:I’ve read some information about Tanzania and seen pictures. It looks like a beautiful country and would be a place I would visit.
